The following rules are the Official Stiga Rules.

=> Matches last five minutes. The clock keeps going when a goal is scored or the puck leaves the table.

=> A face off is dropped in the centre circle to start a match and it is dropped in the centre circle after a goal is scored.

=> After the puck is dropped a goal cannot be scored unless it has touched another player first.

=> For a goal to count the puck must remain in the net. A goal can NOT be counted if the puck bounces out.
